| Ms. Slavin has diversified experience in commercial, retail, and multi-housing projects. Along with marketing, her responsibilities include design, project management, scheduling and coordination of all the firms' projects. |

| Design experience has included work for Mikasa, Provident Bank, S&S Fire Suppression and renovated facilities for Equinox Fitness Clubs. She has also designed residential buildings in New York and New Jersey. |

| Prior to starting the firm, Ms. Slavin had been with various firms in New York City and New Jersey where projects under her supervision included corporate offices for Sun Chemical, and office/retail complex in Fort Lee, New Jersey and senior citizen housing projects throughout New Jersey. |

| Ms. Slavin has years of experience utilizing and developing computer aided design and management standards and is continually updating the firms technology. |
